While helping my parents, aunts, and uncles navigate Medicare at age 65, I saw firsthand how complex these decisions could be. That family experience was the turning point that sparked my interest in this career, especially as the industry has become more complex and daunting.
In 2013, I began helping people and launched Insurance Resources NW the following year with a clear goal in mind. I wanted to offer straightforward guidance, tailored education, and reliable support. My focus is on individuals, families, and Medicare beneficiaries making key healthcare decisions. For over a decade, I have guided clients in understanding their options. I help them compare plans and secure coverage that aligns with their healthcare priorities and financial needs.
As an independent, licensed broker, I believe everyone deserves transparent advice. People also need an advocate for their best interests. My clients appreciate having an informed resource who stays up to date on industry developments. I assist clients from initial questions to enrollment and beyond. I was a Community Partner with the Oregon Health Authority for the past 10 years, serving the community. I recently stopped due to time constraints. Outside the office, I spend time planting a "flowers" garden, traveling, and exploring flora and fauna. I love discovering the Pacific Northwest and destinations worldwide when I can get away from staring at the computer at the office.
